To order from Bozeman Blooms, please complete the request form below with your event and floral details. After your form is submitted, we will personally confirm your order within 24 hours and send a payment link to complete your purchase.
Due to the nature of a small flower farm operation, please allow one week's notice on all orders to ensure there is enough time to harvest, source, design, and prepare flowers for pickup or delivery.

Because all orders are custom and created by hand, payment is required at least one (1) week in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date. This allows enough time to harvest (or source) and design your florals.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full. If payment is not made by the one (1) week deadline, your order is subject to cancellation.

All floral arrangements are custom-made using blooms grown on the farm or sourced with care. Because flowers are perishable and each order is designed to your specifications, all sales are final. If orders are cancelled at least one (1) week prior to scheduled pickup or delivery date, you may receive a full refund. All orders cancelled less than one (1) week prior to scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.
If there are issues with your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with details and photos so that we can provide a solution and make it right. Solutions may include a replacement or a credit with Bozeman Blooms depending upon the unique circumstances. All issues or concerns must be communicated through contact@bozemanblooms.com and pictures must be provided.
